No — on Growth and Scale, upload your OpenAPI (Swagger) file; Desk generates the tools, and you choose which ones the AI may use. Starter connects an MCP server you already run.
No. The customer's identity comes from your system, and every tool call is limited to that customer. Nothing a customer types can change who they are.
Any tool you mark as changing data — refunds, cancellations, address changes. Desk prepares the action and waits for your team.
Message us on WhatsApp to start. We open your workspace and you use the full product for 14 days. If it isn't a fit, you simply don't subscribe — there's nothing to cancel.
Plans are prepaid monthly or annually, and annual plans get two months free. You can pay in rupiah or US dollars by bank transfer, and every payment comes with an invoice and a receipt. alvion Desk's usage — per resolved conversation — is billed monthly, after the month ends.
alvion isn't VAT-registered, so no PPN is added to your invoice. The price you see is the price you pay.
Our subscriber products use large language models through their provider's business API: your data is processed only to run the product for you and isn't used to train models. The free screener on our homepage is different — searches our built-in parser can't understand, and signal requests, go through OpenRouter to a free AI model whose provider may log them or use them to improve its models, so never type personal information there.
You do. alvion stores and processes it only to run the product for you, and you can export everything to CSV at any time.
