This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use alvion.tech, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. The short version: we only receive what you choose to send us, and we don't sell or share it.
Who we are
We're alvion tech, a software studio registered as an Indonesian business under KBLI 62199 (Aktivitas Pemrograman Komputer Lainnya — Other Computer Programming Activities). When this policy says "we" or "us," that's who you're dealing with.

What we collect
We keep data collection to a minimum. There's no account to create, no login, and no marketing list to join.
The one place you can send us personal data is the contact form, which asks for three things:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your message
We only ever receive what you type into those fields. When you submit the form, it's delivered through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service that forwards your message to our business email.
If that service is ever unavailable, the site falls back to opening your own email client with the message pre-filled — a standard "mailto" link. In that case nothing passes through any third party; the email goes straight from you to us.
Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand how the site performs and which pages people visit. These collect aggregate, cookieless data — things like page views and web-vitals performance measurements.
There are no tracking cookies, no cross-site tracking, and no advertising profiles. We can't use this data to identify you individually.
Most of our order and contact buttons open a WhatsApp chat with us through a wa.me link, with a starter message pre-filled. If you tap through, the conversation happens inside WhatsApp, which is run by Meta under its own terms and privacy policy.
We only receive the messages you choose to send us there. We'd encourage you to read Meta's privacy policy to understand how WhatsApp handles your data.
Local storage
The site hides a small easter-egg "ship-it" hunt. If you play it, your browser stores your progress in a single localStorage key named alvion-hunt-v1.
That key holds nothing but the ids of the tokens you've found. It contains no personal data, it never leaves your browser, and it's never sent to us or anyone else. You can clear it any time through your browser settings.
Hosting & data transfers
The site is hosted on Vercel. That means the infrastructure serving these pages, along with the analytics described above, may be located on servers outside Indonesia.
Contact-form submissions and any email correspondence end up in our business email inbox, where we store them so we can reply to you and keep a record of the engagement.
Retention & your rights
Under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27 of 2022), you have the right to access the personal data you've sent us, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
To make any of those requests, email us at hello@alvion.tech and we'll take care of it.
We keep your correspondence only as long as we need it — for the duration of an engagement, and afterwards only where we're required to for legal or bookkeeping obligations. Once it's no longer needed, we delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your data, we'll post the updated policy on this page and revise the "last updated" date at the top. Meaningful changes will always be reflected here.
