Terms of Service

Last updated July 14, 2026

These terms cover how we work together when you buy a package or a custom build from us. They're written to be read, not to trip you up — if anything here is unclear, ask us before you commit.

Engagements & scope

Everything we do is sold at a fixed price against a written scope. For a package, that scope is the deliverables listed for the package you choose. For a custom build, it's a written architecture blueprint with a fixed quote attached, agreed before any work starts.

If something comes up that falls outside that agreed scope, we'll flag it and quote it separately before we start on it — you'll never get a surprise bill for work you didn't approve.

Payment

Packages are split 50% upfront to book your slot and 50% on delivery. Custom systems follow the same 50/50 split, invoiced against agreed project milestones.

We invoice in USD and accept bank transfer or card.

Revisions

A revision round is one consolidated set of feedback on the current build — copy tweaks, layout adjustments, and style changes gathered together, rather than a stream of one-off requests.

We turn revision rounds around within 2 business days. If a request falls outside the original scope, we'll flag it and quote it before we start rather than folding it silently into a round.

The number of revision rounds included is set out in your package or quote.

Timelines

Package timelines are fixed and known upfront:

  • Landing Page — 5 business days
  • Company Profile — 10 business days
  • Web App MVP — 3–4 weeks

Custom systems are scoped individually, and you get a firm timeline confirmed alongside the fixed quote before work begins.

Ownership & handover

When you make the final payment, everything we built for you transfers to you: all source code, assets, and documentation. It's yours to keep, host, and change however you like.

There are no license fees and no lock-in. We're not a subscription platform holding your product hostage — you can take the codebase anywhere.

Warranty

Every project includes a post-launch window during which we fix defects in the work we delivered — bugs where the build doesn't behave the way the agreed scope said it should — at no extra charge.

The warranty covers fixing what we built, not adding to it. New features, new pages, or changes to the agreed scope fall outside the warranty and are quoted separately.

Care plans

After launch, you can optionally subscribe to a monthly care plan for ongoing support. Each plan has a defined response SLA and, on most plans, a set number of included hours each month, as listed on the plan you choose.

Unless a plan states otherwise, unused included hours don't roll over from one month to the next. Care plans are optional and can be cancelled in line with the terms of the plan.

Client responsibilities

Hitting the timeline is a team effort. We'll need timely content, feedback, and any access — accounts, assets, domains — required to do the work.

If those inputs are delayed, the timeline shifts to match. A fixed timeline assumes we're not left waiting on things from your side.

Third-party services

Some builds rely on third-party services — hosting, form delivery, messaging APIs, and similar. Those services are governed by their own terms, which apply to their part of the stack.

Any fees charged by third-party services — for example hosting or a paid API — are yours to pay unless we've explicitly included them in your quote.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any engagement is capped at the fees you paid us for that engagement.

We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses — things like lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from the use of what we built.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

Questions about these terms? Email us at hello@alvion.tech before you commit — we'd rather clear things up upfront.
